They created a plate for my daughter's Girl Scout Gold Awaed pr9ject based on a design I sent them. They were able to create exactly what I was after. Shipping was fast and the item arrived quickly. Only thing they could have improved on was sending a proof for approval before the product was shipped. Would have like to verify it was what I was after. Other than that great shop to work with.
