Return Policy

All engraving and sublimation plates are custom-cut and personalized specifically for each order. Because of this, completed and cut plates are not eligible for return. That said, any order that arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective is fully covered by our Maker Plates Guarantee.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us to request a return authorization before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Approved returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date and we will then ship out a corrected replacement order. In the rare case that the order cannot be corrected, the order will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If the return is the result of our error, we will cover the cost of shipping replacement items.

After the 30-day period, returns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once a return is received, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
